3. Enhanced Customer Service
First among the customer service enhancements in Actinic v7 is
a major extension of the desktop order processing system. Order
quantities can now be changed and new items added, for example in
response to a telephone query from the customer. New orders can
also be created, making it easy for the first time to process offline
orders within Actinic as well as orders from the website. And management
of existing orders has been improved with enhanced order searching
and the ability to colour-code and add comments to orders.
