You will need your E-mail server settings to set
up your E-mail program.
If the E-mail you are using is provided with a Thomas Cole Hosted
Domain your incoming mail server (POP3) will be mail.yourdomain.com
and your account name will be your full E-mail address.
Your outgoing mail server (SMTP) is dependant on the ISP you
are using.

Load Eudora.
Click on Tools
Click on Options
In the Username field, type your full
E-mail address (e.g., support@thomascole.net).
In the Mail Server field, type
your Incoming mail server (POP) (as determined during step 1 of
this walkthrough).
In the Real Name field, type your name.
In the SMTP Server field, type your Outgoing
mail server (SMTP) (as determined during step 1 of this walkthrough).
In the Return address field, type your
full E-mail address (e.g., support@thomascole.net).
On the left side of the screen, click on Checking
Mail. On the right side of the window, click on POP
as the type of server. If you want Eudora to remember your password,
click on the Save Password checkbox.
Select Sending Mail from the left hand
menu, and make sure that your E-mail address is listed in the
Return Address field. In the SMTP Server field,
type your Outgoing mail server (SMTP) (as determined during step
1 of this walkthrough) if it is not already there, and check the
box underneath the field that says Allow Authentication.
On the left hand side of the screen, all the way
at the bottom of the options list, select the SSL option
and the SSL (secure socket layer) options will appear on
the right. Choose Optional (TLS) from the drop
down menus of each of the three protocols; POP, SMTP, IMAP.
Then click Ok.
To check for new mail, click on File on
the menu bar and choose Check Mail to access your messages
for the first time.
You will then be prompted to enter your password.
Enter the password and click OK.
You should receive notification that you have
received new mail. Click OK
A list of your E-mail will appear. To read a message,
click on the message once so that it is highlighted and read the
message in the bottom window pane, or double-click on the message
to display it in a separate window.
